Kathi has been with the office since 2011. She makes sure that office provides quality care and customer service to all of our patients and their families. She takes great pride in being part of an office with such a professional, efficient and friendly staff. When away from the office she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and spending as much time as possible with her granddaughter.

Kerrie is in charge of our insurance billing. She has been in the dental field since 1996 and been with the office since 2012. She enjoys interacting with the patients and working in a family-friendly environment. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew and her Chihuahua, Sarina. She also enjoys traveling and many outdoor activities.

Maria has been with this office since 2000 and has worked with Dr. Souza since 2012. Maria always makes her patients feel at home whether it is greeting them as they walk through the front door or answering questions over the phone. Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Susan has been in the dental field since 2006 and with this office since 2012. Susan loves to laugh and make the patients feel welcomed. Susan is always willing to lend a helping hand to both our patients and her co-workers.

Flo has been working in the dental field since 1991 and working in this office since 2003. Flo is always willing to go the extra mile. In addition to records, Flo also orders all of the supplies for the office and likes to help with lab work. In her spare time she loves going to the beach, being outdoors and going to concerts. Flo’s favorite part of working here is the relationships she has created with her patients and her co-workers.

Michelle has been in the office since 2001 and has worked alongside Dr. Souza since 2012. Michelle is responsible for all the retainers and other lab work for the office. When she is not in the lab, you’ll find her helping and assisting with patients as well. She is truly a team player. In her spare time she enjoys meeting new people, motorcycle adventures and the great outdoors.

Ashley has been with the office since 2007 and has worked alongside of Dr. Souza since 2012. Ashley keeps up with her credits and learns new technology through continuing education classes. In 2018 she took over the Treatment Coordinator position, where she is responsible for greeting our new patients starting with their initial phone call and making sure they feel comfortable. She enjoys seeing the transformation of patients and developing lasting relationships with them. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking and outdoor activities with her husband, two children and their Australian Shepherd, Dax.

Tammy has worked in the dental field since 1995 and has worked alongside Dr. Souza since 2012. She is responsible for greeting new patients starting with the initial phone call, making sure they are comfortable. Once they arrive to the office she greets them, introduces them to Dr. Souza. She reviews any treatment recommendations and is available to answer any patients/parents questions. She is the patient’s contact person before starting and throughout treatment. Tammy enjoys the relationships that she builds with our patients and their families. In her free time she loves spending time with her two amazing children, Hunter and Connor, who are now young adults.

Taneisha graduated from the Dental Program at GNBVT in 2007 and is a licensed dental assistant in the state of Massachusetts. Taneisha has been working in this office for 15 years and has worked alongside Dr. Souza since 2012. She finds it very rewarding to see the transformation from beginning to end of each patient’s journey and to build connections with her patients and their families. She enjoys spending time going for bike rides and walks with her husband of 15 years. She’s also a lover of cats and crime novels.

Kayla has been working in the dental field since 2005 and with this office since 2010. She enjoys being part of creating beautiful smiles and boosting confidence for our patients. Kayla is a mom to a handsome boy named John who was born in 2012. Besides being a full time mom some of her favorite hobbies to do in her spare time are reading, fitness, boxing and Muay Thai.

Renee has been working in the dental field since 2002. She knew she wanted to be in the field ever since she had her braces put on when she was 11 years old. She was able to do co-op in the orthodontic field and loved it so much and started working in the field right after. She is also a wife and a mother and enjoys being a foster parent. Renee loves being around people, working at Souza Family Orthodontics and being a part in helping create beautiful smiles.

Tara has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2012 and has been with the Practice since 2022. Tara comes to us with a lot of knowledge in the orthodontic field. She is always willing to lend a hand around the office and is truly a team player. Tara has a special way of connecting with our patients that are more anxious or nervous. She loves that orthodontics challenges her and makes her a stronger assistant. She finds the transition from start to finish very rewarding. When Tara is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her son and their dog Tommy.

Kayla is a fresh licensed dental assistant. She has been assisting since her junior year in high school at Bristol Plymouth Regional Vocational School through the co-op program. She knew she wanted to be part of the dental field when she had braces and was very curious about what was happening at each appointment. She enjoys learning something new every day along with new techniques to help her at work. Kayla loves to watch patients’ reactions once their new smile is coming along or is revealed. When she is not at work, she loves to travel, try new foods and spend time with family and friends.

Danielle has been in the dental field since 2013 and has been working with Dr. Souza since 2023. She loves being an orthodontic assistant. She feels it is so rewarding to watch the transformation and see the beautiful smiles of our patients. Danielle is a mother of two wonderful boys. In her spare time she enjoys decorating, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
